Source Description
UniProtTranscription repressor that binds specific DNA sequence such as the GT-box-like motif 5'-CGTGATT-3' in the AT2S3 promoter. Negative regulator of seed maturation genes during seed germination and seedling development. May target GT-box-containing embryonic genes by competing with the binding of transcriptional activators to this promoter region (PubMed:19155348).
