UniProtTranscription factor. Interacts specifically with the W box (5'-(T)TGAC[CT]-3'), a frequently occurring elicitor-responsive cis-acting element (By similarity). Acts also as a disease resistance protein that specifically recognizes the AvrRps4 type III effector avirulence protein from P.syringae.
