UniProt | Sequence-specific DNA binding factor that recognizes the 5'-CCAAATTTTAAGTTT-3' sequence. Recruits the FRI-C complex to the FLC promoter. Required for FRI-mediated FLC activation, but has no effect on the expression of MAF1, MAF2, MAF3, MAF5, UFC and CO.
